It was nice in that first huddle of the second half when Shedeur had his meet-and-greet with the first stringers for the first time. Some of them he’s only seen on television. I expect he’ll look much improved against a far weaker defense next week.
Seeing him complete that 25 yard pass sent my pulse racing and made me feel woozy in the head. I had to sit down immediately, but found I was already seated. It felt like a hallucination, but I confirmed it by checking numerous football sites on the internets.
I maintain my positivity by ignoring the haters and I now dare dream of the impossible dream for Sunday: 200 yards passing offense.
