UnShaven I’m a fan of this approach: build the team then get the FQB. If you build a solid foundation of a team you allow yourself to draft a QB every year until you get it right.
And it helps the QB grow and learn. As opposed to getting the QB with no team around him. By the time you fill the surrounding cast that young QB could be ruined.

cccjwh the offense is so bad that we can’t truly evaluate any group with confidence. Most of our WRs suck but maybe one or two are ok if we had a QB.
Both QBs would probably be semi serviceable with good OL and WRs.
We just suck.
This fan base will quit if they bring everyone back for next season.

You’re right. It’s impossible to evaluate the QB position with this OL. I don’t believe either of them is “the guy”, but I’d stick with my plan. Draft the QB in 2027.

I didn’t know Kosar’s liver came from a 21 year old dying kid in Cleveland. The kid and his whole family are all Browns fans and his dying wish was to donate his organs with the liver going to Bernie.

ocala I don’t know if that was his wish. But his mother is the one who suggested donating to Bernie. It’s their child and it’s an awful decision to even have to make. Loved ones are asked if anyone in their family or friends circle is in need. No one was. That’s when the Mom remembered hearing about Bernie needing an organ transplant. So they put Bernie on their list.
I would have rather it go to someone younger. But that’s just me. At least Bernie is a good guy who always preaches positivity and supporting one another. I know Bernie will be extremely appreciative.
