Don’t get your hopes up just yet.
Is this really a shutdown? Ask yourself, with all we know about this admin, all the signs of what they’re doing and all the examples of the Nazi playbook they have executed, is this a simple shutdown rooted in classic political disagreement?
Or is this the dissolving of our Congress?
Why would this admin want Congress in session? They don’t follow protocols that involve congressional approval anyway. Congress is nothing more than a possible hurdle or hindrance to this authoritarian take over.
This “shutdown” is actually the coup, it’s the next step of the process we are already in.
And some legislators know this and have spoke to it.
Hisotry shows us, fascist regimes attack two core areas when they attack the people. Healthcare and food supply. They’ve seriously damaged both in the past 45 days.
