There are a few possibilities.
1) We never recover from the administration’s application of P2025. That assumes P2025 achieves its goals and manipulates the election in 2026 and 2028. We are left with an American Duma and a neutered Judicial branch.
2) We recover relatively quickly if a “normal”, competent executive and a supportive legislative branch replace the fascist and his acolytes. The Judiciary is also rebuilt simultaneously in this scenario.
3) As you suggest, it could take decades as pieces of P2025 is only slowly unraveled.
And I suggest this is repaired nationally.
Our standing internationally may never recover. How can anyone trust us again?
