Not just as a nation but globally? I tagged this Life (I couldn’t add another tag) but this is relative to politics as well as politics is so intrinsically tied to life.

This little speech, I’m trusting it’s legit so pardon me if by some chance it’s not (it still raises lots of questions), is eye opening and leaves many questions and concerns.

I’m UFO….drone warfare curious. Those are both living life by the drop. Drones can wipe out any unrest. Democracy must have unrest. Restraint must come from a philosophy not yet embraced by humanoids.

Buck you are grossly discounting the AI aspect in regards to surveillance- and this regime in the US (as are the Israeli’s and probably China) are ramping up surveillance of ordinary citizens. We have reached that part of our existence that movies portrayed 30-60 years ago.

I brought in that one blurb talking with you that AI showed that Goff played in the shoe. It was wrong. The very first question I knowingly asked AI was answered incorrectly. That was what? Two months ago?

AI is only significant on Wall Street currently. At some point it will replace workers at a detectable rate but that’s mostly customer service like ordering a pizza. But if nobody has a job because of AI then nobody is ordering pizza. That’s the end game.

I called out a couple egregious ones where the lighting was all wrong - one had a third leg tucked under her and six fingers on one hand, and another that had huge knuckled hands like a pro wrestler and an extra thumb - both had that all to perfect, something Stepford Wives thing going on too.

Not going to spoil their fun by mentioning it when I see it but it’s rampant.

UnShaven about a year ago I saw a news story about how some older white guy was using some type of filter to make him look like a smoking hot Asian girl on camera. Whatever movement he made, made it look like he was some hot, sultry, sexy girl. He made a ton of money on his webcam. Then it glitched and exposed him. I wouldn’t doubt that a lot of people are doing this.

Buck I just don’t think you fully grasp AI and where it already is.
If AI took one look at your financials it could predict your spending behavior for the next 60 days within 97% accuracy most likely.
AI and pizza shops isn’t a thing and doesn’t need to be, AI making policy at the federal government level is a thing and could very well be taking place already.
The beat analogy for you look at is the movie Minority Report- now think about AI.

Here is the thing about capitalism. If people don’t have money to buy shit then there really isn’t anything to analyze. The consumer rules the day forever. Bludgeon the consumer at your own peril. AI can’t feel hunger or the cold rain. It can’t worry about a child. These are human motivators that have built and destroyed nations. AI can’t know the story. Can’t feel the pain.
