ocala This could get interesting. LSU is trying to get out of paying Kelly his 54 million buy out because they say he was fired for cause. https://www.si.com/college-football/lsu-trying-to-fire-brian-kelly-for-cause-avoiding-54-million-buyout
mechmat Nothing in the article indicates LSU has a leg to stand on. Hopefully they air some dirty laundry, because that would be entertaining.
DonnyUv2 College football (and college sports in general) could very well be changed (ruined for the foreseeable future) if the Big Ten Commish (Tony Petitti) gets it’s way. Literally everything in our way of life now is tied to scams and making the richest of us even more rich. This is no different- and when you start digging and learning more about the inter workings of this you’ll see the same names and entities we’ve been seeing involved in all the other scandalous BS tied to this trend of oligarchs and this admin in the WH. This link is just for acknowledgment of the basic story it doesn’t do this whole thing Justice in regards to the depths of this nonsense. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/college/2025/11/15/big-ten-private-equity-deal-billions-michigan-football-usc-say-no-big-10-conference-dispute/87261813007/
Buck Holy Cow! I’m an Archie Griffin, AM radio Buckeye. A graduate. I have never seen em as far out in front as this. This is the best I have ever seen The Ohio State Buckeyes!! Woot! Dot that I with dominance.
DonnyUv2 Buck this is close to as a good a team as we’ve ever had. I refrain from saying the best because we don’t run the ball at an elite level. Our power running game is ok, could be better. However in terms of OSU having a good team relative to the rest of the college landscape I will agree this is our best standout team. And I’ll say this again, Ryan Day was deserving of some criticism for a few years but he was unjustifiably hammered for his “big game” results. He had plenty of good big game showings and wins, the blowout of Clemson ( he was robbed by awful officials in the first Clemson game) and his demolishing of the Badgers and Scum in his first two years were underrated wins. Ryan Day is becoming an all time great coach. What they are doing with their plays per game efficiency in unheard of. Defensively Patricia is years ahead of the competition. I like Indiana’s offense - they are good and deserve a ton of credit. They will have to play an immaculate game to get over on this defense. They have not seen anything like this.
DrMemory DonnyUv2 Day needs to beat Michigan this Saturday, hopefully the WR’s on the injured list will be back in the lineup.
DonnyUv2 DrMemory I think those guys were healthy scratches this week. I think Ryan was not taking any chances, Rutgers is a team they could afford to rest their to best WRs. Also think they wanted to have less on tape for Michigan to study.
